  • Absolutely not. Besides the 4 formats I highlight on my website, I’ve worked on manuscripts, protocols, regulatory correspondence, original research articles, brochures, catalogues, emails and software strings.

    Besides copywriting, I also write content and plain language, I copy-edit and proofread, I translate and transcreate.

    And besides sustainability, I’ve worked with clients in medicine, construction, translation, politics and equality.

    But I focus on copywriting in my 4 favourite formats for sustainability. This keeps things simple for you and gives you the best service.

  • I have 20+ years of lived experience in sustainability. Notice I say “lived experience”. I am in sustainability as a consumer, as a user. I am not an expert in carbon markets or energy or special feeds that make cows burp and fart less.

    Unless your funder, investor or buyer is an expert like you, there is a chance they don’t understand what’s awesome about you. This is where my lived experience gives me an edge. Because it helps me:

    Understand your reader’s pain: Because it’s the same pain I feel. How can I avoid this conventional product? How can I get to my destination without burning the planet? What can I do to stop being a part of the problem?

    Anticipate your reader’s objections: Because they are my objections. And if they’re not, then they’re my family’s objections, or my neighbours’, my friends’ or my badminton partner’s. Because we’re all wondering the same things: “Is it worth the higher price?”, “Will it work?”, “Is it greenwashing?”
